Embrace multiple styles of project management that exists between the project managers and has a fluidity to transition between styles. Directs process improvement for the team. Expectation that individual will grow within the role to encompass more project management responsibilities; potentially with the opportunity to move into a PM1 role. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project development with the project managerSet up new projects utilizing Microsoft Project, Newforma, and AjeraLays groundwork for the successful organization and kickoff to projects.Direct the work of multi-discipline teams comprised of architects, engineers, and designers.Maintains a system of detailed knowledge of the status of all on-going projects under their management.Prepare and maintain project schedules and task lists from data provided by project managers.Prepare project fee proposals based on Project Manager input.Develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned projects, monitoring project costs, deadlines, and change orders.Monitors and distributes both internal and external project communications as requested by the project manager.Taking meeting notes for in-house and critical off-site meetingsCoordinates preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.Ability to compose letters, memos, and correspondence as directed by project managers.Actively conducts cross-discipline coordination for each stage of the project.Meeting deadlines, removing obstacles, and conducting design team meetings.Schedules, conducts, and participates in site visits or survey work.Preparation of field inspection reports and punch lists.Follow established processes for project coordination and communicationHave a proactive approach in team coordination.Presents self in a professional manner and appearance. General Job Description / Summary Designs and develops layouts for electrical circuits or systems for power distribution. Assists in the production of schematics. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within building and power systems design. Relies on instructions to perform the functions of the job. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, or blueprints, using drafting instruments, or computer-aided design equipment.Confer with engineering to establish and evaluate design concepts.Modify and refine designs, using working models, to conform to customer specifications.Draft working drawings and specification sheets from sketches.Presents self in a professional manner and appearance.
