Apogee Consulting Group, founded in 1999, is an SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) Engineering and Architecture Design Firm headquartered in Cary, NC with 9 offices located across the U.S. We are dedicated to serving our clients in delivering innovative solutions within budget, scope and on schedule. We have grown from a single discipline electrical engineering firm to a multi-discipline firm offering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, architecture, interior design, healthcare planning, fire protection, commissioning, RCDD, and project management services. Apogee is seeking an Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to be a direct liaison with clients and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within scope and budget. Project Managers are integral and hands-on to all aspects of a project from proposal to construction period services. A successful Project Manager has the ability to manage multiple projects, interface with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure clients’ needs are met, and handle internal processes such as invoicing and contract review. The PM is responsible for meeting deadlines, removing obstacles, conducting team meetings, and upholding company standards.

The successful candidate will have two or more years of experience in all aspects of building planning, design, and construction. Possess familiarity with building codes, design principles, and the permitting process. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must. Available to travel up to 40% of the time.

Licensed Engineer or Architect (PE or RA) in progress. PMP preferred or willing to pursue after hired. 

Experience with Ajera, Newforma, and MS Project preferred.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Construction require.
