The Children’s Home of Reading seeks a Full Time Bilingual Resource Family Coordinator for our Specialized Foster Care department. The Resource Family Coordinator is responsible for training prospective foster, adoptive, and kinship care parents and supervising a caseload of active families. The Resource Family Coordinator is to ensure the prospective and active parents are in compliance with CHOR policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. This position is accountable for the recruitment and retention efforts of the program.

Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bilingual required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or a related field.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a foster care or adoption program.
- Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule.
Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all sponsored trainings. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
