This is a 3 Month Contract with a leading healthcare services company.
Install and configure new hardware and software. Perform upgrades to existing hardware configurations per IS evaluations. Assist with the installation and moves of computer equipment and phones. Implement simple network hardware and/or software installations. Provide on-site training to user community and staff. Respond to Help Desk calls resolving as many problems as possible over the telephone, dispatching to other staff as necessary. Hardware inventory management, which includes equipment repair, tagging and storage. Meet weekly with technical team to analyze trends in Help Desk calls and recommend procedures to alleviate repeat problems. Provide back up support to other positions in the department as necessary to ensure that all functions are covered at all times.
