Hiring B2B Sales Appointment Setters

The position is full-time or part-time, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

We are seeking candidates who can manage high volume outgoing calls. You will support our sales efforts by calling on B2B leads to develop appointments for the sales teams. Qualified candidates must have excellent communications skills, a drive to succeed, the highest integrity and a willingness to learn.
❖ Manage outgoing phone calls
❖ Generate sales leads and set appointments
❖ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
❖ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
❖ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
❖ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling guidelines
❖ Keep records of customer interactions
❖ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
❖ Take the extra mile to engage customers
A quiet workspace free from distractions, tv, music, noise, animals, children, neighbors, friends, etc. that could cause a distraction.
❖ The position requires a full 2 years of cold calling experience. We are hiring B2B Appointment Setters to set appointments for the sales department
❖ 100% Remote. Candidates are required to supply their internet and computers, USB headsets, Windows 8 or higher
❖ English speaking candidates only. Exceptional verbal and conversational skills. Must have a strong comfort level with professionals of all levels
❖ Call center experience and/or a strong sales background is required
❖ A competitive hourly wage plus commission

❖ Strong computer and data entry skills including experience with Microsoft Office
❖ Must have accountability and the highest level integrity
❖ Outbound B2B cold calling, qualifying prospects and setting sales appointments
❖ Must have the ability to start conversations with professionalism and be able to build trust upon initial contact to reach the decision makers and be able to get past the gatekeepers
❖ Be able to interact comfortably with executive decision makers
❖ Be able to perform basic internet research to learn more about clients and contacts.
❖ Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
❖ Document all client communication
This is not a “high pressure” or “hard sell” sales job. We do not expect you to close the deal, you will be the first point of contact to start the conversation with our clients' customers and ensure their interest in being contacted for a future sales appointment.
