Apex Restoration DKI has been providing professional disaster recovery services throughout Tennessee and parts of Alabama for nearly a decade and has grown to over 8 locations. In that time, they have developed a reputation as one of the best restoration contractors in the region. We are seeking a candidate that can provide exceptional attention to detail in the role of Team Coordinator. This person must be very organized, have great oral and written communication, and excellent customer service skills. The Team Coordinator will support multiple projects in creating a high level of customer satisfaction. They will assist in the coordination, scheduling and facilitation of the timely completion of projects.

- Hourly Rate: Starting at $14.00/ hr
- Eligible for bonus plan
Responsibilities:
- Support, facilitate and coordinate the work of multiple projects
- Identify and remove barriers to successful completion of overall projects
- Serve as primary point of contact with external vendor representatives, project managers, superintendents and customers
- Assemble emergency services estimates
- Complete and track contracts, invoices, submittals and estimates
- Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers and Superintendents
- Maintain project work schedules and files
- Ability to manage A/R for completed projects as well as make collection calls
- Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys
- Ensure accuracy of time sheets for all team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Quantitative, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Accurate and detailed oriented
- Proven strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work independently
