Flooring Installation Manager - Warehouse Manager

Installation Manager will coordinate the daily jobs and installation process by organizing the schedule, assigning crews based on skills set and job requirements, assisting with load out and collecting and distributing work orders.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule daily installations
Print work orders
Communicate job installation information to installers
Recruit new installers
Review and approve installer payroll including assisting the payroll team with closing out jobs
Assist operations manager with inventory counts
Quality control and field management of crews
Qualifications:
Ability to problem solve
Coordinate with account managers on job requirements
Multi-tasking skills a must
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
