Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Rep 
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Work from home during pandemic)
Hours: 8:30AM-5PM (Mon-Fri) - Weekends off

Anytime Health Services is now sourcing for a superstar Call Center Pro to join our staff! You'll perform customer service functions in order to drive company success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V, come join our Florida medical support staff.

Daily Role:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Hiring Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick minded and customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
