Sr. Marketing Coordinator, Brand - IngenioRx - PS22990
Location: Las Vegas, NV

The brand marketing team at IngenioRx is responsible for articulating and telling the IngenioRx brand story, internally and externally, and partners with teams across IngenioRx as well as the broader Anthem organization, to gather customer insights, manage our brand positioning and strategy, maximize the potential of the IngenioRx brand, and manage marketing campaigns focused on driving awareness and familiarity of IngenioRx.

IngenioRx is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join IngenioRx's brand marketing team to support brand marketing efforts with a primary focus on managing the IngenioRx Client Experience Center. This individual will be responsible for supporting the experience center vision and day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure that our guests have a flawless, perception-shifting visit.

The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable in a fast-pace, dynamic environment, has superb presentation, facilitation, and demonstration skills and possesses the ability to inspire and influence others.

Specific responsibilities of this role include :

  • Serving as a docent for the client experience center by facilitating experience center tours and serving as an IngenioRx ambassador during this critical touchpoint in the sales process.
  • Work with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and other areas of the company to create, plan and execute customized experience center tours.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the center (scheduling, visit logistics, catering, post-visit follow-up).
  • Facilitate pre-briefing meetings with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, account management, and product/capability subject matter experts to ensure everyone is prepared for the tour and ready to meet client expectations.
  • Partner with sales and account management to develop hyper-personalized tours for each client based on the available data, sales requirements and business objectives.
  • Compile, analyze and manage reporting of all key performance metrics for the center (e.g. usage statistics and trends, evaluation scores, internal and external customer feedback).
  • Support other brand marketing initiatives, including IngenioRx's event marketing activities, as directed by head of brand marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Successful track record as a brand ambassador with past experience as a docent is preferred.
  • Experience hosting corporate/executive client engagements.
  • Strong attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization and tenacity.
  • Experience balancing multiple high-priority programs.
  • Must have experience successfully navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinating work among a broad range of colleagues, consultants, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people over whom you have little or no authority.
  • Outstanding presentation/facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
