The Senior Implementation Lead is responsible for managing the implementation process for new IngenioRx pharmacy accounts or leading the implementation of an end to end process and interfacing with Account Management teams.
Must be able to successfully perform all the duties of the Senior Implementation Lead. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages client implementation kickoff meetings and internal and external implementation status meetings. Maintains necessary documents (i.e.
action items/issue logs, project plans, decision and deliverable documents. Oversees implementation project plan across various groups within the IngeionRx Rx and pharmacy vendors organization (Operations, Underwriting, Finance, IT, Specialty etc. .
Works directly with groups and /or consultants to define benefits, group structure, reporting and other implementation requirements. Translates technical information into laypersons terms and vice-a-versa for customers. Qualifications: Requires BA/BS degree in related field; 8+ years exp in the Pharmacy Benefit Management )PBM); or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
