We are looking for a highly collaborative and motivated individual to create, support, and execute a sales enablement strategies and initiative that will deliver improved sales results across Anthem's medical business.
The Sales Effectiveness Change Mgmt position, which will report to the VP of Sales Effectiveness, will work closely with cross-functional leadership and local market sales leadership to identify current and emerging market needs/issues and best position Anthem's sales organization to succeed in a dynamic marketplace. This position will participate, drive, and support effective overall sales communication channels, tools, and change management plans that impact the sales organization. Looking for an individual who understands the information and resources a best in class sales organization needs to be effective. Strong written and oral communication skills will be leveraged to manage the sales communication channel and governance process. This position will also support and drive other initiatives focused on sales enablement which may include but will not be limited to rewards and recognition, proposal and RFP process improvement, sales coaching and competency efforts.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and manage sales communication channel and governance
  • Drafting and editing sales communications and resources
  • Administering and managing rewards and recognition programs
  • Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope focused on sales process improvement
  • Leads efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Business Adv Sr:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 3-5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. May require project management skills.
Business Change Mgr:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Additional skills:
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Communications, marketing, and editorial experience preferred
  • Sales/Account Management experience a plus
