The selected candidates must live in one of one of the following locations: Indianapolis, IN; Mason/Cincinnati, OH; Atlanta GA; Richmond, VA; Denver, CO; Southern California; Las Vegas, NV; St. Louis, MO; Louisville, KY; Wallingford, CT; Manchester, NH; South Portland, ME; Waukesha, WI; New York City Manager II Learning (Sales Training: Tools & Technology) Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of high-quality performance sales system solutions to the company and/or specific clients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages a team of Sales Trainers responsible for the delivery of systems training for sales audience.

Consults with clients and Sales Training Strategic Partners to understand strategic objectives. Oversees the consistent practice of performance consulting with clients to identify the root causes of performance gaps. Proactively identifies and diagnoses business issues and determines high-level performance improvement needs.

Oversees the formulation of training outlines, instructional methods, and/or teaching aids. Works with the project team and business representatives to ensure training meets project and business requirement. Develop training measurements and reporting to improve training programs and to assess the impact of the investment made in training.

May conduct training sessions for clients or sales training associates. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Qualifications Requires BA/BS degree in business management, organizational effectiveness or related field 5-7 years of management and/or leadership experience, with at least 2 years managing training; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience with delivering training for large-scale technology implementations. Experience with the creation of engaging, bite size and accurate content Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

Great attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence through all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support).

Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment. Experience working with virtual teams. Anthem, Inc.
