Enrollment Data Analyst II/III Level II Responsible for routine maintenance, updates, and reconciliation of enrollment databases for assigned markets, and resolution of fundamental enrollment issues. Analyzes and resolves moderate to complex errors resulting from automated file updates. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Maintains and updates enrollment profiles for assigned markets, often requiring high volume data entry.
Monitors receipt of State enrollment files and communicates issues to management. Responds to enrollment verification requests and updates applications accordingly. Researches and resolves eligibility inquiries, verifying basic enrollment/eligibility information and ensuring that the enrollment database reflects correct data.
Researches and resolves membership discrepancies identified through monthly quality reports. Level III Responsible for daily business operations, including overseeing the automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates, member reconciliation process for assigned markets and resolution of complex enrollment issues. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts as it relates to resolution enrollment processes of assigned markets.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s). Monitors market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements, escalating issues to management as needed. Interfaces with state agencies, Health Plans, and various internal departments as needed to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues.
Participates in market meetings and audits as needed to provide market specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing. Requirements: Level II Requires High school diploma Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred 2-3 years' experience in analytical role, analyzing data from available resources (i.e. state website, enrollment files, and database) in order to make decisions regarding member eligibility WGS and/or FACETS experience preferred Excel experience preferred Level III Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business or related field 3+ years of experience in analytical role, analyzing data from available resources (i.e.
state website, enrollment files, and database) in order to make decisions regarding member eligibility, including 1+ years as enrollment analyst; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
