Job Description

ARA is looking for a master scheduler to support the PMO in developing, managing, and tracking integrated master schedules across multiple programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience developing process, structure, and discipline needed to create and manage schedules.


  • Interact with multiple functions to develop detailed Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Identify and manage critical path items.
  • Brief program managers on progress issues, schedule variances and critical path
  • Track progress of work being performed.
  • Understand and appraise program management of schedule risks and progress challenges

Experience and other Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in MS Project
  • Working knowledge of EVMS principles
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background and experience with schedule analysis to include defining and analyzing critical path for engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Strong organizational skills


A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or other strongly related discipline.
