We have a large need for 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM shifts.
Summary: Handle a variety of inbound and/or outbound customer service, data verification, and/or sales calls on behalf of Answernet’s clientele, providing excellent, courteous, and professional service to existing and potential customers while maintaining the utmost quality standards as required by Answernet and its clients.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Required to follow client and Answernet specific quality and scripting requirements which vary based on client and program
- Must have the ability to be conversational and professional with customers
- Must be able to follow a script verbatim
- Able to accept and implement constructive feedback from Quality Coaches and Management to improve required skillset to better meet performance and quality goals
- Meet or exceed weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly various goals depending on program
- Participate in and successfully complete all required training sessions
- Other duties as assigned based on Answernet and client needs
