Looking for a bookkeeper who can understand, input, and reconcile all types of accounts and transactions into QuickBooks; to include payroll, AP, AR, and financial statements. This position needs a strong background in all office administration duties and management principles.
• Accounting Tasks • Phones/ Voicemails • Enter Employee Payroll
• Quarterly Payroll Taxes/Reports • Reconcile Vendor Statements •
• Credit Card Reconciliations • Purchase Orders • Bank Reconciliation - Monthly
• Bank Deposits for Companies • Pay Monthly CRS • Order Office Supplies
• Other Misc. Office Duties as assigned
• A high degree of maturity is required for this position and a proven track record of a minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
• Applicants must be drug free, pass a driving history screening, and criminal background check.
• Must live locally in Southern New Mexico.
• Hourly pay $25.00 per hour.
