Commercial Real Estate Broker

Ann Anovitz Associates is searching for an intelligent, hard-working, leasing and sales broker to join our team.

Founded in 1981, our well-known firm specializes in leasing, sales and management of office, retail and industrial properties. Our Chairman, Ann Anovitz, has been a commercial real estate broker since 1976, with many important sales and leases to her credit. Aaron Anovitz, President of the company has been a broker since 1989, and has been responsible for the leasing and management of multi-million dollar portfolios as well as represent tenants of all sizes.

We pride ourselves on being a company that is more responsive to our client's needs than those brokerage companies that limit their associates to certain locations or types of property. Anovitz represents large institutions as well as small individual clients needing their first location. We do not consider a client too large or too small for our services. Our goal is to always serve the client. Anovitz is well respected in the industry, cooperating with other brokerage firms, owners and their attorneys.

Candidates should be highly motivated, a self-starter, imaginative and self-disciplined.

Qualifications:

• College degree
• Sales experience preferred
• State of Illinois Real Estate License
• Familiarity with Chicago area

Responsibilities include:

• Phone and face-to-face canvassing for potential clients
• Networking through e-mail, social media and business groups
• arranging meetings and tours of properties
• Negotiating business portions of a sale or lease between clients and downers
• This is a full time position

This is an independent contractor position, commission only position.
