Animal Medical Center is a full service companion animal hospital founded in 1989 by Dr. Cynthia Hartz. We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in animal healthcare. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion, placing an emphasis on client education and providing high-quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner
  • Data Entry for medical records, client communication, and lab work
  • Preparing and updating patient files
  • Accurately manage financial transactions such as processing bills, taking payments, and printing invoices
  • Answers client’s inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
  • Being professional, dedicated, friendly, and reliable

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
  • Must be a team player and have compassion for clients and their pets
