As an Office coordinator, you'll work closely within all the departments to coordinate and oversee administrative duties and ensure that the office and the staff operates efficiently and smoothly.

Office Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Auditing files for compliance
  • Coordinating placement of caregivers to clients
  • Documenting communication with caregivers and clients
  • Ensure payroll is correct
  • Help with recruiting and marketing efforts
  • Phone customer service
  • Go to person for any and all issues

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of homecare experience required
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Leadership and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong phone, computer and customer service skills
  • Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
