Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA - PERMANENT POSITION

Need - 1 or 2 people to fill the job as caregiver/housekeeper while any of current caregivers may be out. Permanent position. Private duty. Age not a factor, as long as job duties can be performed. CNA preferred, but not a requirement. Licensed Nurse not required but a plus. May be retired.
Must have current CPR card, drivers license, car, and insurance. I have my own vehicle, but it is not to be used for caregiver's personal duties. Run errands, take the patient to all appointments, shopping, out to eat. Prior experience preferred. Patient does not have dementia or Alzheimer's, nor does she sound or appear ill or disabled - however, she requires 24 hour care due to severe disabilities. Fall risk, seizures, pass out, vasovagal syndrome, very low blood pressure. Medication reminders.
No sitting in the chair and sleeping. (For instance, one caregiver fell asleep and would not pay attention to service dog who was warning her about my condition. As a result, I fell and broke my clavicle. Another occasion, the caregiver was asleep. I fell and broke three ribs, hit my head on tile floor and received had a concussion from hitting my head on tile floor. Caregivers who are awake and just a few feet away from me could not get to me in time as I was falling. I hit head on tile floors in every fall causing multiple concussions.)
Do not laugh when I fall, as I break bones - hip, femur, wrist, both clavicles, multiple broken ribs, multiple head injuries. Bring your own food. I do not provide it.
Available work is full time, part time, or Full Time Equivalent. Shifts are 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 6 AM to 6 PM.
- Friday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday - 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 PM
- Occasional overnight assistants for PRN or Caregiver's vacation
- Also, last minute PRN if a caregiver is ill or cannot come to work.
Weekly pay. Backgrounds will be run.
