Job Description

The Customer Service Rep position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.


Requirements

  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
