We are seeking a part time position for an Office Admin/ Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and coordination of office and project related duties. This position has the ability to be full time in the future. Please note: This is an entry to mid level office position for a small construction company.
- Opening, sorting and coordinating email and bills
- Coordinating contracts, submittals and payment applications with subcontractors and vendors
- Communicating with subcontractors and vendors regarding new and ongoing projects
- Communicate with customer and being able to follow up with questions, comments and concerns
- Good writing and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of all Microsoft software
- Accounting experience helpful but not necessary
- Internet savvy
