Administrative Assistant/Rental Manager

Administrative Assistant needed for a busy property management company.
Responsibilities will include;
Answer and Direct Phone Calls
Organize and Schedule Appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and form
Assist in the preparation of special reports
Maintain Contact Lists
Help Accounting with entering of Invoices and payments
The perfect candidate will have:
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Detail Oriented person- There will be notices and data entry that need to be entered in daily so detail must be a priority to you.
- Enthusiasm - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
Data Entry and Property Management experience is preferred but not required. We will train the ideal candidate.
