Customer Enrollment Service Rep -Government Client

Purpose of the Job:

Ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved by delivery of exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide our customers with an expert, professional resource for resolution of problems related to enrollment procedures.
  • Ensure customers, as a double seam authority, run products within established guidelines for government regulation.
  • Assist customers in establishing programs goals for community impact and campaign outcomes

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Associate degree, trade school or significant experience in the field at a minimum
  • Strong communication skills that span various levels of management both with customers
  • Self-starter with initiative, integrity and an ability to develop relationships with customer personnel
  • Basic computer skills
