Provide awesome customer service to our existing insurance agents and customers. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance. Assist policyholders, agents and brokers with questions and/or changes regarding insurance, underwrite, accept payments, process incoming mail, provides excellent customer service, etc.
A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 2 years auto insurance experience in an office and/or call center environment. Able to handle high call volume; have professional telephone and people skills; computer skills in insurance industry terminology. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). The applicant should have attention to detail; work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
