Service Technician

Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Company has an opening for a full time Service Technician. Anatol is a rapidly growing manufacturer of cutting-edge textile screen printing equipment. The ideal candidate will be someone mechanically and electrically-inclined with excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. Job Description

The position requires assembling, installing and testing industrial equipment including pneumatic, mechanical and electronic components.

• The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who works well under deadlines and has essential electrical and mechanical knowledge and skills.
• The position requires computer knowledge.
• Solid written and verbal communication in English is a must (bilingual is a plus).
• This is a customer-facing position and a positive, service-driven mentality is essential.
• The Service Technician must be able to clearly communicate concepts and explain equipment features and functions when training customers to use the machines.
• The Service Technician must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• The Service Technician will travel to customers' locations to install products, usually including overnight travel. Flexibility regarding travel is essential, as schedules can change at short notice.
• While assembly is technical, manual work is part of the job. Candidate must be able to lift and move objects up to or exceeding 50lbs.
• The Service Technician must also be able to read and understand technical documents and procedures.
• A valid driver's license required, as well as the ability to rent a car.

Experience

• Electrical/mechanical knowledge
• 1 to 3 years of technical/installation work
• Customer service background is preferred
• Screen printing experience is a plus
• Anatol will provide on the job training for the qualified person
• Company covers all travel expenses
