Under general supervision, provides management information system user support on a continuing basis either by phone or site visit. Troubleshoots end-user problems. Analyzes and designs software modifications to meet users' needs. May develop and conduct training programs for software/hardware users.
Experience supporting a multi-site organization, with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar position. Degree or Certification in information technology or relevant field.
Knowledge of Chromebook Hardware and Google Chrome OS for Enterprise environment. Setup and configure Network printers and experience with cloud print services. Strong skills working with Microsoft Active Directory. Maintain and update firm ticketing system. Creates and maintains detailed and complete IT Support documentation. Identify opportunities for automation and assist with the development of automation systems to address those opportunities. Hands-on experience supporting formal documentation and policies (Acceptable Use Policy, Mobile Device Management) and is effective at translating complex technical terms for a wide variety of audiences
Demonstrates exemplary customer service by ensuring tickets are responded to efficiently based on priority/type of ticket and utilizing good communication skillsboth written and verbal
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science or other related field Required Active Directory User Management Required 2 Years Windows OS Required 2 Years Office 365 Required 2 Years Office 2010 and above Required 2 Years Networking experience including a demonstrated understanding of VPN, LAN, WAN, and wireless.
