We are in need of a Human Resources Administrative Assistant / Payroll Candidate

Administration Assistant / Payroll (temp to hire)

Reports to HR Manager

Working hours: 8-5 M-F

Primary Duties:

· Administering employee benefits to include medical, dental, vision and 401k

· Payroll processing for USA and Canada (ADP Workforce or related ADP experience)

· Prepare screening and interviewing, pre-employment procedures, and terminations

· Oversee arrangements of temporary staffing

· Overall administrative support to the Human Resources/General Affairs department

· In charge of compliance for employee and corporate documents/records

· Other duties and projects assigned by management as required

Skills Required:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HR field

· Foundation of HR principles

· Must Be PC literate and MS office competent

· Minimum 2-year accredited college degree with an emphasis in business administration or human resources is preferred

· Self-directed and excellence in organization

· Ability to prioritize projects

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Tactfully skilled in the interaction with all levels of company personnel
