We are currently seeking a sharp, confident, and reliable Executive Assistant for a financial services firm in the LA area. In order to apply, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in venture capital, private equity, investment management, or similar industries within financial services to apply. To succeed in this role, candidates must be a trustworthy professional that has strong verbal/written communication skills along with stellar time management while working in a team environment and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Concur. Typical duties will include everything from extensive calendar management, multi-city travel booking and itinerary creation, scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones, expense management, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established, global firm with tremendous room to grow in this fast-paced industry. The EA will interact with many high-level executives, internal and external contacts, and more so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement. This role works closely with other EAs in the office.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. This is a full time, permanent role. Looking to hire immediately.
