Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 3 months Contract-to-hire (depending on performance evaluation)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga CA
Schedule: FT/Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $13 per hour

We’re looking for an inspiring, bright, articulate Customer Service Representative to enter timely, accurate orders in our inbound Call Center. In a fun and fast-paced in bound Call Center, this position requires excellent phone communication skills, fax and email communication with customers, utilization of custom software tools to navigate accounts, research and communicate effective solutions when problems arise.


Order Entry
Providing timely, accurate and professional answers to customer’s inquiries according to established department policies and procedures.
Consistently demonstrating clear and polite written and oral communication skills.
Thoroughly investigating customer issues; escalating any issues appropriately and correctly.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, being the customer-facing voice portraying the company in a positive light at all times.
Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer.
Demonstrating appropriate sense of urgency for response times and service levels.


High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Two or more years’ experience in a customer service/support role entering orders in an inbound Call Center.
Pleasant telephone personality with excellent communication skills
Typing 40 + WPM
Ability to utilize Word, Excel and Windows operating systems
Bilingual a plus
