Job Title: Office Clerks
Job Location: San Bernardino, CA 92415
Job Duration: 40 hours + overtime
Daily tasks for this assignment will include the following:
- Answer inbound phone calls, categorize and assign issues accordingly
- Complete data entry tasks for various departments
- Prepare written correspondence as needed
- Assist in the recruitment and placement of election workers for the Election Day
- Research, and perform inquiries regarding voter, election worker, candidate information
Employees in this classification are closely supervised and expected to work within strictly defined procedures.
- Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively both orally and written
- Detail oriented
- Ability to comply with policies and guidelines
- Ability to perform routine clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently with direction
