- Past experience in the implementation of the organization’s social media strategy, including marketing plans that leverage social media outlets is a must.
- Development of mid-long term marketing strategies.
- Lead the efforts of the Social Media team in development and execution of a comprehensive social outreach via various amplifiers, PR, media, and influencers that will drive brand awareness and generate followers, leads, and conversions.
- Increased no. of visitors/web traffic (Organic, Referral, Email, Newsletter, Social Media, Paid etc.).
- Improve User Experience (UX) and Usability (UI).
- Lead development of comprehensive media and trade show schedule aligned with the target market focus of each business unit
- Oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products.
- 3+ years of progressive experience specializing in B2B or B2C creative (multimedia design, 3D/Video, Graphics, Copy), social media/PR, digital and internet business development and marketing operations
- 3+ years of experience in leadership role of multi-regional and multi-functional marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree focused in Marketing with emphasis in Digital Marketing, and eCommerce
- Certified in Agile Project Management, and ScrumMaster (Preferred)
