Job Title: Office Clerks - Call Center
Job Location: San Bernardino, CA 92415

Daily tasks for this assignment will include the following:
Answer inbound phone calls, categorize, and assign issues accordingly
Complete data entry tasks for various departments
Prepare written correspondence as needed
Assist in the recruitment and placement of election workers for the Election Day
Research, and perform inquiries regarding voter, election worker, candidate information
The Office Clerk II (OCII) is an entry level clerical position. Employees in this classification are closely supervised and expected to work within strictly defined procedures.
Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements:
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively both orally and written
Ability to comply with policies and guidelines
Ability to perform routine clerical tasks
Ability to work independently with direction
