Kaye LabWatch Monitoring Systems.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: LabWatch startup, training, validation and troubleshooting both SCADA and Cloud based LabWatch systems. Integration of software as specified in Engineering Documentation, utilizing approved SOP's. Provide post sale application troubleshooting / support for technical issues on existing equipment via phone, remote access and at customer site as required.

Work with LW manager and support personnel to define schedules, provide reports and update customer information. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, or equivalent experience. External focus with strong ability to understand customer's business requirements Excellent Problem Solver and can do-attitude Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, organized and customer focused Willingness to travel up to 20%Desired: Knowledge of Validation and regulatory guidelines, like GAMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Related validation or process experience working in Pharmaceutical / Biotech market SCADA and/or factory automation system experience Experience with Microsoft office products, networking and wireless (RF, other) devices 2 years Field Service or direct customer experience Experience with IoT software, or good knowledge of Cloud based SCADA applications
