The Role
We are hiring an experienced Product Test Engineering Manager, who can manage all aspects of Ampere's product engineering, including process, NPI transfer. The right candidate will have a strong background in in ATE test, yield analysis, yield enhancement, have expertise in semiconductor manufacturing flows, know semiconductor fabs, and assembly processes. As a PTE manager, you will drive operations projects for new flow deployment, flow optimization, yield improvement, and DPPM reduction.

What You'll Do:
•Manage NPI product test engineering activities from product definition to manufacturing release
•Work with DFT, QA, System teams to drive quality, DPPM, test coverage improvement activities
•Work with foundry and Product Engineers to drive yield enhancement
•Define characterization plan and perform statistical data analysis
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish root cause of failures and plan corrective action
•Communicate with OSAT Product and Test Engineers to resolve manufacturing yield issues
•Support RMA screen and ATE-to-SLT correlation
What You'll Bring:
•8+ years of semiconductor product test engineering with 2+ years of team leadership experience
•Hands-on experience in bringing VLSI SoC products from NPI into high volume production manufacturing
•Working knowledge of DFT, DFM, ATE, and silicon debug
•Familiarity with fab process, assembly, reliability test, and failure analysis
•Expertise in statistical data processing, DOEs, yield analysis, and cost reduction
•Excellent problem solving, teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Education:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering required. Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
Ampere offers a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, stock, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $143,000 and $238,000. We also offer an annual bonus program tied to internal company goals and annual meritocratic stock awards that enable our employees to participate in the success of the company.
