Production Supervisor

Amotec is leading a search for 1st Shift Production Supervisors with a client, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturing company, at their location in Minneapolis, MN. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production processes and personnel and maximizing productivity while keeping costs low. This position offers a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity along with potential future advancement.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment – preferably casting, foundry, melting, or aerospace.
- Proficient with Lean manufacturing concepts (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc).
