Fleet Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is an ambitious and energetic person to help us expand customer initiatives and clientele. You will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales/customer service tactics.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Driving & supporting new account growth through project management, associated tasks/projects, and implementation/account management
  • Ability to build customer relationships & trust
  • Recognize red flags to relationship with customers through communication with customers
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with internal customers, with an opportunity to expand to outside customers.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Key Competencies and Minimum Education:

  • Strong comfort in working in a highly flexible, fast moving, and collaborative environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in:
    • Creating execution plans and executing projects to completion
    • Identifying and implementing operational improvements
    • Customer enablement
    • Account management
    • Upward Management
  • Must have BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Fleet maintenance and management experience / Mechanically inclined/experienced person strongly preferred
  • Strong comfort level to interact with internal & external customers and partners
  • Strong communication & organization skills
  • Business optimization & related projects
  • 5+ years’ business experience
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development or Account Manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong analytical ad organizational skills
