Job Description

Overview:

 

Our client, a global leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative medical products for the treatment and management of respiratory disorders, with a focus on sleep-disordered breathing, seeks an accomplished Helpdesk / Software Support Analyst.

 

*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

*** Duration: 6 months, temp-to-perm

 

Notes:

·        Interview process: (A) HireVue, (B) Zoom-30 minutes with HM, (C) 45 minute two person panel interview

 

Description:

·        Entry-level position reporting to the Client Support Manager and is part of the Client Services Department.

·        You will receive specialized product and industry training specific to our clinical clients.

·        A successful Support Analyst is a motivated individual who is customer focused and uses their analytical skills to find the root cause of an issue.

·        Provide effective phone and email software support to clients reporting problems or requiring on the spot coaching with the clinical portions and supporting products.

·        Utilize the Salesforce Service Console to log customer cases.

·        Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting to identify/verify underlying cause of customer reported problems.

·        Utilize internal resources to assist in the prompt resolution of application and technical issues.

·        Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base.

·        Escalate calls to higher level analysts according to defined support processes.

·        Contribute to the monthly team goals. Participate in after hour on call rotation.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree required.

·        One to two years’ experience working with personal computers. Basic computer skills.

·        Excellent customer service skills.

·        Main thing looking for is software skills.

·        Personality: driven, customer friendly, strong communication, positive, go-getter- this will be reviewed based on the HireVue interview.

·        Software tech experience is a plus, but not required.

·        Good problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to multi-task.

 

Preferred:

·        EHR experience and/or education is preferred.

·        Knowledge of the post-acute healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.
