Title: Marketing Coordinator

This position will maintain and support all
facets of customer and sales representative promotions, providing excellent
customer service to vendors, customers and sales representatives.
Work with manufacturers or
others within MWI as necessary to develop, formulate, and coordinate
programs and spiffs. Work with manufacturers and
others within MWI on the many aspects impacted by a promotion within
MWI's systems and clearly and accurately share with customers and sales
staff: Qualifying parameters Product Lists Customer Sets Time Frames Program Structure Conflicting contractual
programs Implement programs within MWI's
systems including the website, the Marketing Activity Database, and
through excellent communication with the AS400 team and Sales staff. Act as Liaison to Marketing
Analyst: Proactively identify reporting/analysis needs and work closely
with Marketing Analyst to ensure those needs are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Marketing experience is helpful. Excellent communication skills required. Must be proficient in HTML 4.0, Microsoft Office programs and SQL.
