Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

· Answer and direct phone calls

· Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments

· Maintain contact lists

· Greet and provide general support to visitors

· Handle requests and queries from Advisors and Manager

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

· Collate and distribute mail and deliveries

· Prepare communications, i.e. emails, invoices, reports, UPS, and other correspondence

· Accounts Receivable

· Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School degree or higher - Required

3+ years experience as Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - Required

· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Preferred Skills

Previous experience within a Financial Advisory office a plus
