The Member Contact Center Representative will work under general supervision and follows established credit union policies and procedures. This position will assist members via telephone in the areas of member accounts and services. This position will require a general knowledge of credit union products and services, knowledge, and understanding of teller transactions and ability to provide prompt and courteous member service. This position reports to the Member Contact Center Manager and will assist the manager on card related projects and other duties as assigned.
-Assist members with account inquiries, transfer of funds, and stop payments
-Provide members with information on loan applications status, loan payments, and loan payoff amounts (to include insurance products and car loans)
-Provide history and statement copies. Provide Check Copies for members
-Process wire request and submit Western Union requests
-Ability to set members up for electronic services
-Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to members; use and understand phone system as instructed
-Actively expand existing member relationships by cross selling products and services or referring members to appropriate sales staff. In an effort to assist in achieving branch/department goals.
