Are you an experienced dispatcher that has great attention to detail, multi tasking, and great customer service?
American Workforce Group is a locally owned staffing agency partnering with a local Electric Manufacturing company!
They are looking to hire an outgoing, hard working individual to help maintain the office. Looking for that special person who is extremely detail oriented, has excellent customer service skills, not afraid to ask questions and is willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Individual will be handling all incoming inquiry calls, walk-in traffic, scheduling meetings with Electricians and Contractors. This position also requires someone who can assist with some payroll functions, phone calls, pulling permits.
Must be able to Multi task.
Basic Math Skills Are Requirement.
Be comfortable with high call volumes.
Previous Customer Service Experience
Previous Scheduling Experience.
Excellent MS Office Skills and Excel Skills.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
Some background restrictions apply
Pay is $20.00- 23.00 DOE
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
