Senior CRM Developer (15546)

The Senior CRM Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in support of the university's various business needs. The CRM products supported by this position, including Ellucian's CRM Recruit, CRM Advise, and CRM Advance, are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is extended using Web APIs, JavaScript, Envision, and .NET programming languages. This position is responsible for developing customized technical solutions, and providing escalated, Tier 3 technical support and expertise to CRM system users and administrators across campus. The position will also perform technical troubleshooting, integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture, providing support for upgrades, data migrations, trouble shooting performance and product related issues.

This position is responsible for the design and development of integration between Colleague ERP System, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, and CRM systems. This position will manage multiple concurrent and complex CRM-based technology projects, including performing requirements gathering, solution assessment, technical design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and improvements.

**Required Education and Experience**

* Bachelor's degree with a program of study in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience/training, e.g. Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer or Expert certification
* 5-8 years of relevant experience
* Experience configuring and customizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Skill developing applications using JavaScript, Envision and .NET programming languages
* Skill integrating and provisioning enterprise data via an API based architecture
* Strong experience with business analysis, process analysis and mapping, and project management
* Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and Agile development methodologies
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

**Preferred Education and Experience**

* Master's degree with a program of study in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related field
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, or equivalent
* 8-10 years of relevant experience
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Experience with Ellucian's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, especially Colleague
* Experience with technology at a higher education institution
