American Trades Contracting is an Industry Leader in the Construction Staffing Industries. We are currently seeking Qualified Candidates for a Rewarding Career as the Branch Manager of our Tampa location.

This position offers a Based Salary, Uncapped Commission, Monthly Vehicle Allowance and enrollment in our Company Sponsored Health Insurance benefits program.

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will provide leadership to the Branch’s Operations, Sales, and Recruitment. Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation. This position is responsible for growing and maintaining client base in his/her assigned territory. This will include but not limited to Cold Calling, Data Mining, Networking Functions, Office and Job Site visits.

Qualified Candidate will possess:

  • Successful history in managing business operations.
  • Experience in motivating and developing sales and operations teams.
  • Successful candidates will thrive in busy environment, be highly organized and goal oriented.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
