Career Summary:

As a Senior Systems Analyst on the Enterprise Applications Engineering team, you will provide Level 3 technical support and contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and deployment of .Net web-based software applications using SQL Server and C#. You will be responsible for analysis, consultation, development, and deployment of software applications, and perform Level 3 production support tasks.


Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar

Related Work Experience:

10+ years of software application support, development, and deployment experience

•Experience working with and supporting internal stakeholders providing Level 3 technical

•Microsoft .Net platform experience with Azure, SQL Server and C#
•Experience with web-based software deployments and code reviews in an Azure

environment highly desired
•Experience with Data Analysis and lite DBA experience desired
•Crystal Reports or other similar reporting software experience and skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:
•Personify AMS 7.4 or above skills and experience a plus
•Knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, ITIL and other structured methodologies
•Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

Hybrid: Employees are considered Hybrid if they are regularly scheduled to work in at least 20% of their work week or work month in an ANA Enterprise Office.

Hybrid employees are expected to travel to the office when requested and/or when necessary to achieve results or meet business needs.
