Job Description

Career Title: Enterprise IT Services Manager

Department: Information Technology

Salary Hiring Range: $105,000-125,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)

Non-Union

Career Summary:

Manages the Associations’ day-to-day Information Technology Enterprise based service operations including:

  • IT Support Services
    1. Manages IT Service Desk to ensure compliance with defined SLA’s while maintaining high customer satisfaction
    2. Proactively identifies and resolves reccuring issues reported by employees
    3. Identifies and implements employee self-service capabilities to improve employee satisfaction and IT support effort
  • Manage Employee Productivity Applications
    1. Deploy, support, and promote best practices using employee productivity tools including:
      • Microsoft Office 365
      • Microsoft Teams
      • Microsoft Intune
      • ITSM Ticketing System
      • Antivirus and EDR services management
      • Operating System and Application patch management services
    2. Manage licenses for tools including assignment, budgeting, and procurement
    3. Manage relationships with key vendors, negotiate favorable contracts, stay current on IT approved roadmap, and recommend innovations that can be applied to drive business value
  • Management Employee IT Experience
    1. Manage processes to deploy, track, and support employee workstations and associated peripherals
    2. Provide messaging around training of applications to enhance staff productivity utilizing ANA IT services.
    3. Manage cutting edge audio/video conferencing systems
    4. Manage cloud-based SaaS solutions and employee interaction
  • Productivity and Scalability
    1. Optimize support processes based on industry best practices
      1. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
      2. Partner with vendors to leverage capabilities to reduce IT effort and improve employee experience
      3. Business Partnership
        1. Collaborate with ANA business leaders to understand their problems and recommend how IT can help solve these issues through technology
      4. Staff Management
        1. Manage a team of IT support specialist and administrators
        2. Promote a culture of growth and development
        3. Work with direct reports to develop their skills and competencies in line with the organization needs and employee career interests

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Skills:

    • 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years managing an enterprise level IT function and team
    • 5+ years direct responsibility managing Microsoft Office 365 suite of services with firm understanding of Intune, role-based access control, and end point security
    • 5+ years working in IT support with understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 operating systems, workstation management, (imaging, patching, antivirus/edr, remote management), Microsoft Intune, cellular and tablet devices, and associated supporting services
    • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint administration
    • Experience leading 2-3 projects that resulted in measurable efficiency improvements and/or material cost savings
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of juggling multiple priorities and projects


Preferred Skills & Experience

      • ITIL certification
      • Microsoft 365 and Azure based certifications and exams
      • Experience in IT engineering areas such as IT Service Delivery, Cloud and Hosting Services, Wide Area Data Networking, Local Area Networking, Wireless Networking, Virtual Computing, Storage Area Networking, Security and Information Risk and Business Resilience
      • Knowledge and experience with IT service delivery and end user customer support services, Cloud services delivery and virtual computing services
      • Knowledge and experience with vendor enterprise products from Cisco, Microsoft, Lenovo, AT&T, and Apple
      • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

Hybrid: Employees are considered Hybrid if they are regularly scheduled to work in at least 20% of their work week or work month in an ANA Enterprise Office.

Hybrid employees are expected to travel to the office when requested and/or when necessary to achieve results or meet business needs.
