Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Description

For immediate hire. We are seeking three full-time, remote, friendly Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for assessing, guiding and helping people in fear of foreclosure to keep their homes. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year and we have multiple shifts available for you to choose from to meet your lifestyle needs.

If you are selected, you will attend remote training via Zoom to explain our call scripting and technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Quickly assess clients’ needs to qualify them for proper help
  • Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Follow-up with clients who didn’t previously meet our criteria
  • Other minor administrative duties relative to helping clients

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years previous call center experience
  • Consultative approach to sales
  • Ability to make logical judgment calls
  • Proficient math skills for basic addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division
  • Articulate and confident
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have access to internet connectivity and a laptop/computer for remote, full-time work from home
  • Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
