Customer Service Representatives are responsible for obtaining records that our clients have requested. They are making phone calls, obtaining proper documents, advising status to our clients, etc. This is a fast-paced position; multitasking is a must. Must be experienced with Excel and Word.
The following tasks are performed :
· Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
