Our company is seeking to grow our VIRTUAL - WORK FROM HOME client relations department and our ideal candidates are individuals who have experience working as a customer service associate or manager.
The job position is for that of a Client Relationship Specialist. The CRS plays an invaluable role within our firm. Their responsibility is building the trusting, and long lasting relationships with our clients. Specifically, the CRS will be responsible for:
• Managing a pipeline of new clients
• Contacting and reaching out to prospective clients
• Building rapport with potentials clients
• Presenting clients with a tailored product/service offering based on their needs
• Close interested prospects on aforementioned products/service offering
