SUPERVISOR SECURITY OFFICER NEEDED FOR PORT OF MIAMI

JOB POSITIONS: FULL TIME

SHIFT AVAILABLE: MORNING / DAY / NIGHT SHIFT (FLEXIBLE)

(PAY RATES: STARTING AT $15/HR+) BASED ON EXPERIENCE

The FIELD SUPERVISOR will enforce the COMPANY POLICIES, be responsible for the training of security officers, develop staff, and perform all duties of security officers and supervisor as needed.

AS A FIELD SUPERVISOR YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

·         Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance

·         Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff

·         Respond immediately to open shifts

·         Conduct daily visits to all locations assigned

·         Assist with complaints from clients

·         Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities

·         Able to work extended hours and various shifts

·         Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times

·         Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor

·         Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers

·         Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customer's expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures

·         Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

·         Must have an ACTIVE Guard Card

·         Must have an ACTIVE TWIC Card

·         Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors

·          Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols

·         Must have RELIABLE Transportation

·         Clean Driver License (With no DUI's or Moving Violations)
